YOGA
Tarporley Yoga will begin classes at the Tarporley Community Centre on Friday the 6th February at 11am. The course begins with a free demonstration clas and the 6 remaining classes of the course will be charged at £5 per 1 1/2 hour class.
Students should bring their own mat and look forward to a holistic Hatha yoga class which will develop core strength, body-mind awareness and natural grace.
